Fried Chicken the Easy Way

I like fried chicken, but it can be a real hassle so making it in the oven is the next best thing. Its one of those recipes that anyone can easily make without much fuss.You can use any kind of corn flakes and doctor it up if you like. Happy Cooking.

Ingredients
8 chicken breast (boneless skinless) if possible
4 large eggs (beaten)
2 Tablespoons soul seasoning 2 teaspoons salt or to taste
1 tsp sugar or 1 package of Splenda
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 cups cornflakes (any brand)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.Beat eggs in a bowl you can easily dip the chicken.
3. Place corn flakes in a ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to smash them. Then add the remaining spices to the bag.
4.Place chicken into the eggs in the bowl, then place chicken in the Ziploc bag and shake well. You should do each piece of chicken individually and be sure each piece is well coated.
5.next place coated chicken on baking pan, make sure to cover with foil. Bake 30-45 min depends on thickness of chicken breast.
Lay chicken on a baking pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes. Time will vary depending on thickness of chicken.
Tip: You can use any kind of chicken, just adjust the amount of ingredients and the cooking time.

3 cans of vegetable, chicken, or beef broth
2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
1-tablespoon rosemary (dried)
1 tablespoon soul seasoning (adjust to taste)-
2 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
Pepper and salt (adjust to taste)
2 zucchini (chopped)
3 carrots (chopped)
2 yellow squash
1 small head of cabbage (chopped)
1-cup mushrooms (sliced)
1 1/2 cups cauliflower (chopped)
1 1/2 cups broccoli (chopped)
1 (8ounce can tomato sauce)
1 med onion (chopped) you add if you want
Directions
1. Clean and chop up all the vegetables.
2. Pour all the ingredients into the and mix all ingredients well.
3. Cook on low for 4 hours, or on high 2 hours in . Time may vary depending on .
Tip: You can freeze soup for up to one month.
Optional: You can add 2 chicken breasts or 2 pounds beef cut up. Add 1 hour cook time if using meat.
