A watch is an important tool for our every day life. It’s one of those tools you cannot live with or without it. A watch tells: our birth time, work or school schedule, time we rise, time we sleep and it tells the time we eat and how long it takes to cook Grandma’s favorite casseroles. So we just cannot live without a watch every day of our life. Purchasing a couple of Seiko Kinetic Watches is an excellent graduation gift for anyone, especially a new college graduate. It’s actually pretty crazy just how important a watch is in our lives. I have a small collection of watches from my family and friends that I keep in my jewelry box. My Grandmother used a watch to keep track of the time it took to cook her homemade chicken and noodles.

Since the economy has taken a nose dive a lot of people have lost so much. It’s not just the middle class that are losing their home. It’s affected millions of people all around the country. People who never thought they would lose their home are now either homeless or one paycheck away from losing their home. The government has been helping people with Mortgage Loan Modification. Losing a home is just heart breaking when you’ve just finished remodeling your kitchen a year ago and now you’re on the brink of being without a home. It’s astonishing how many people are living in tents or their cars. Many people don’t know there is help out there if they look. A Bank Loan Modification makes it possible to stay in your home with assistance from the government and your lender. Make sure you get a lawyer to help you go through the process or you might regret it later. Most people have a difficult time understanding much of the legal terms in the mountain of paper work a lender may hand you either when you purchase a home or do a Home Loan Modification. It’s important to protect yourself even in hard times because you don’t want to find out your in the same boat years later because of some wording you didn’t understand, so you signed when your under pressure to stay home. It might sound like having a lawyer will add to the costs, but sometimes it’s better to pay a few dollars then lose your home later.

When I was a child my friends and I would visit one of the cattle farms in our town. Our town was a lot like a pioneer town. I found it interesting watching the farmer work with his cattle. Each night he would gather up all his cattle and put them in the barn to protect them from the wolves in the nearby woods. On one occasion I watched him gather up all the cattle and horses quickly. He seemed to have it down to an exact science. I considered him a very intelligent and organized farmer. Once I asked him how he learned to gather up the cattle he said with a lot of practice. He told me he would practice lassoing a fence pole in the farm yard. After all the practice he used to sit down on a blanket in the yard and enjoy a picnic lunch of a sandwich and some potato chips. Once I sat down with him while he ate his lunch and he invited my friend and I to go to the rodeo the following weekend. I was exciting to see how a rodeo was run. Once we arrived at the rodeo we found a seat while the farmer unloaded his cattle for the auction following the rodeo. I would love to attend another rodeo if I lived closer to the rodeo I would like to get Tickets to the National Finals Rodeo. The atmosphere of the rodeo is exciting to me for many reasons. I like to watch the dust blow up under the bull’s legs and the man fight to take over a beast much larger than him. I love to listen to the excitement in the crowd cheering on the bull rider and the bull trying so hard to know the man off his back. Then there is the man being bolted off the bull and running for dear life to get away from him. I don’t quite understand the rodeo, but I do like watch it in action.

During the summer, four years ago a tree fell down on our roof after straight line winds came through our area. The tree landed on the roof directly above the stove in our kitchen. We were extremely luck that no one was hurt during the storm or the damage was not severe. At the time, we had no home insurance to coverage any of the damage. A lot of our neighbors had a lot more damage. Our neighbor a few homes up had a tree through the roof in their kitchen and they had no insurance as well. Since that experience we bought home insurance to cover any damage to our home.
