The great thing is you’ll be making your own sauce, which is healthier for your family and easy to make too.<br />

Serves 2-4</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Ingredients</span></strong></span></p>
<p>10 hot dogs<br />
1 large onion<br />
3/4 cup celery with leaves chopped<br />
1/4 cup water<br />
1 cup ketchup<br />
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce<br />
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard<br />
Salt to taste<br />
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder<br />
2 Tablespoons margarine/butter<br />
2 Tablespoons lemon juice<br />
2 Tablespoons light brown sugar<br />
2 Tablespoons white vinegar</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Directions</span></strong></span><br />
<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>1.</strong></span> Sauté in a large skillet onions and celery in butter/margarine until soft on low-medium heat.<br />
<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">2.</span></strong> Add water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, garlic powder, lemon juice, brown sugar, and vinegar. Cook for 5 minutes and stir occasionally.<br />
<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">3.</span></strong> Place hot dogs poked with a fork into skillet with sauce. Cover and cook on low-medium heat for 10 minutes.<br />
<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Tip #1:</span></strong> Goes great with macaroni cheese or on a toasted bun.<br />
<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Tip #2:</span></strong> Add a vegetable and starch then ring the dinner bell.</p>

<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Serving size: </span></strong><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="color: #000000;">2-4</span></span></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Ingredients</span></strong></span><br />
1 Package (16.9) cheese and potato <a href="http://www.pierogies.com/retail/products.asp">pierogies</a> frozen<br />
1 Can (4oz) sliced mushrooms; drained<br />
1 Can (15.5) onion and garlic seasoned diced tomatoes<br />
4 Slices smoked bacon<br />
1 Large onion; sliced<br />
1/4 Cup red pepper; chopped<br />
1/4 Tsp salt and pepper; optional</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>Directions:</strong></span></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">1.</span></strong> Brown bacon in skillet on medium low until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet and crumble into a bowl once cooled off.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">2.</span></strong>Pour bacon drippings into a bowl and measure out 3 tablespoons bacon drippings and pour into <a href="http://askmsrecipe.com/category/easy-skillet-meal/">skillet</a>. Saute red peppers, and onions in skillet with bacon drippings. Next, add mushrooms and tomatoes and bring to a boil; set aside.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">3.</span></strong>Prepare potatoes and 3 cheese pierogies according to package directions; add drained pierogies and crumbled bacon to skillet. Stir all ingredients together and saute until thoroughly warmed up.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Optional:</span></strong> Add a couple of chicken bouillon cubes to your water for added flavor to your pierogies.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Tip:</span></strong> If you cannot find tomatoes already seasoned with onions and garlic use a 1/2 tablespoon onion powder and 1 teaspoon minced garlic to mixture when you put in the tomatoes.</p>

2 tablespoons light brown sugar<br />
1 16 ounce package frozen sugar snap peas (thawed)<br />
1/2 cup white onions, peeled, chopped<br />
1 Tablespoon white vinegar<br />
2 teaspoons vegetable oil</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Directions:</span></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">1.</span> In a bowl mix together 4 tablespoons pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar, cornstarch and soy sauce and set aside.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">2. </span>In a large skillet sauté onions and sugar snap peas in vegetable oil until lightly brown and tender.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">3.</span> Add pineapple mixture to skillet and stir constantly until the mixture thickens, then add pineapple chunks and warm for a few minutes; serve hot.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>Optional: </strong></span>If you cannot find sugar snap peas by themselves use a frozen vegetable mixture with sugar snap peas.</p>

3 cups canned whole kernel corn, drained<br />
1 cup all-purpose flour<br />
1 medium red onion, peeled and chopped<br />
2 Tablespoons cooking oil (your preference)<br />
3 eggs<br />
4 Tablespoons cilantro (optional)<br />
1 teaspoon salt<br />
1 teaspoon pepper<br />
1 teaspoon baking powder<br />
1/2 teaspoon sugar or 1 package splenda<br />
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Directions:</span></strong></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">1.</span></strong> Put 2 cups of corn and the rest of ingredients into food processor and blend well.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">2.</span></strong> Put all ingredients including remaining corn into large bowl and mix well.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">3. </span></strong>Heat oil in large skillet on low-medium heat and add about 3 tablespoons of corn mixture to skillet, press out to desired size. Cook for 3 on minutes on each size until golden brown on both sizes.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>4.</strong></span> Flip the corn cake and gently press down on cake to flatten it allow it to cook thoroughly. Remove and place on paper towel.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Tips:</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>1. </strong></span>To keep corn cakes warm, place into a 250 degrees preheat oven on oven-safe plate or cookie sheet. Wear oven mitts when removing from oven.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">2. </span></strong>Great with salsa, sour cream, or with your choice of cheese.</p>

2 stalks celery with leaves (diced)<br />
1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)<br />
1/2 teaspoon salt<br />
1/4 teaspoon black pepper<br />
3 teaspoons vegetable oil or olive oil<br />
1 16 oz bottle creamy Italian dressing</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Directions</span></strong></span><br />
<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>1. </strong></span>Pound chicken to half an inch thick.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>2. </strong></span>Saute chicken and celery in medium skillet until lightly browned on both sides.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>3.</strong></span>Pour Italian dressing over chicken in skillet and flip once; make sure both sides are coated. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">4. </span>After simmering 10 min, Salt and pepper then cook frozen vegetables and mushrooms until fork tender in same skillet.</p>

<h3 class="MsoNormal">Mac-N-Cheese is a favorite dish at my home. I like to make 1 pot meals because it’s easy to cook and  clean up. No one really likes fighting with a sink full of dishes, let alone a bunch of pots and pans.</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Prep 10 Minutes</span></h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Cook 25 Minutes</span></h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Servings 4-6</span></h3>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Ingredients</span></strong></span></p>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">3 1/2 Cups Elbow Macaroni</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">4 3/4 Cups Water</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">1 12  ounce Can Evaporated Milk or 1 1/2 Cups Milk</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">1 1/4 Cups Broccoli</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">1 Cup Ham-Diced Up</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">3 Cups Shredded Cheese (Your Choice) I used Monterrey Jack and a Cheddar Blend.</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">1 Teaspoon Spicy Mustard</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">1 1/2 Teaspoon Cornstarch</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">1/2 Teaspoon Salt</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Directions</span></span></h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">1.Bring Water to a boil with macaroni and 1 cup of the milk. (Use a large pot.)Stir often while you wait for it to boil. Once it’s brought to a boil, turn it done immediately to a simmer. Cook for 8-10 minutes-Stirring Frequently.</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">2.Mix the rest of milk with salt, pepper and mustard in a bowl.</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal">3.Add remaining ingredients to pot except mustard mixture and cheese. Cook for 3 minutes and then add mustard and cheese to pot-stirring well. Serve</h3>

<p class="MsoNormal">1 pinch red pepper flakes</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1/2 teaspoon sage</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Salt to taste</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">3/4 cup water</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">3/4 cup shredded carrots</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2/3 cup celery, chopped</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Directions</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">1. </span></strong>Cook rice according to package instructions, drain and set aside.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>2.</strong></span><strong> </strong>Cook sausage in a large skillet; making sure, you break up the sausage as it browns. Remove from skillet. (drain if excessive amount of grease)</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">3. </span></strong>Now cook onion, celery, carrots, water, salt, sage and, red pepper flakes in the skillet. Bring to a rapid boil and then cook on simmer for 5 minutes.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">4. </span></strong>Lastly, return cooked rice and sausage into skillet and mix well.</p>
