<p>This time of year many people are working on light meals and eating healthy what better way then to eat fish. Fish is good brain food as well.</p>
<p>Preparation time: 5-10 minutes</p>
<p>Cooking time: 10-15 minutes</p>
<p>Servings: 4</p>

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Ingredients:</strong></span><br />
4 salmon fillets<br />
2 teaspoons mustard (preferable Dijon)<br />
2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce<br />
2 1/2 Tablespoons pancake syrup<br />
1/4 teaspoon black pepper<br />
Salt to taste after cooked<br />
<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Directions:</strong></span><br />
1. Preheat the broiler.<br />
2. Mix mustard, hoisin sauce, pancake syrup, and black pepper<br />
in small bowl together.<br />
3. Lightly spray broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place<br />
fish in pan skin side down.<br />
4. Brush syrup mixture onto each piece every five minutes.<br />
5. Broil 10-15 min or until fish flakes easily.<br />

<h3>A lot of people are stuck working weekends so they miss out on Sunday dinners. Have no fear Ms Recipe to the rescue. You can have that good old fashion goodness in a slow cooker. Couldn&#8217;t get any better then that? Can It? Well, ya I know you could easily go to the local restaurant, but there&#8217;s nothing better then home cooking.</h3>
<pre>Cooking time: 7-8 hours
Servings: 6-7</pre>
<pre><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Ingredients:</strong></span></pre>
<pre>1 (3-4 pounds) chuck roast
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 tablespoons minced garlic
black pepper to taste
5 medium potatoes
1 pound carrots, diced
4 ounces button mushrooms
4 celery stalks with leaves
1 ½ cups water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce</pre>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Directions:</span></strong></p>
<p>1. In slow cooker, sprinkle both sides of chuck roast with dry onion soup mix, garlic, and black pepper.</p>
<p>2. Cut potatoes in half and place around chuck roast. Add remaining ingredients and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.</p>
<p>3. Pour water into slow cooker and cook on high for 7-8 hours.</p>

I’ve made a few different versions of tuna salad so I thought I’d share one of mine.</p>
<p>Preparation time: 5 minutes<br />
Cooking time: 10 minutes (eggs)<br />
Servings: 4-6</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>Ingredients:</strong></span><br />
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna in spring water, drain<br />
<span id="more-795"></span>4 large eggs, hard boiled<br />
1/4 cup onion, chopped<br />
2 tablespoons dill pickle or sweet, chopped<br />
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce<br />
1 tablespoon dried parsley<br />
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder<br />
Salt and black pepper, as desired<br />
2 stalks celery with leaves, chopped<br />
3 tablespoons mayonnaise/miracle whip (adjust to taste)</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>Directions:</strong></span></span><br />
1. Combine in large bowl, all ingredients above. Cover and<br />
refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve on your favorite bread.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>Tips:</strong></span></span><br />
<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">#1</span></strong></span> Spread mayonnaise and tuna on bread and top with cheese.<br />
Place on cookie sheet on bottom rack of oven. Bake on 350<br />
degrees F until cheese is melted.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>#2</strong></span> Serve as a dip with chips or crackers.<br />
Equipment Needed: can opener, saucepan, sharp knife, spoon,<br />
measuring spoons/ cups, large bowl</p>

2 cups diced baby carrots<br />
2 large yams, slice into ¼ inch pieces<br />
1 (12 ounce) can Spam Luncheon Meat, sliced, rinse off gel<br />

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Directions:</span></strong></span><br />
<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">1.</span></strong> Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.<br />
<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">2.</span></strong> In a medium bowl, mix together beer, sugar, mustard, and celery seed.<br />
<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">3.</span></strong> Cut aluminum foil into four pieces enough to make 4 pockets.<br />
<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>4.</strong></span> Equally divide veggies and spam onto each piece foil.<br />
<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>5.</strong></span> Spoon beer mixture over veggies and spam fold each foil into pocket. Place on cookies sheet<br />
<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">6.</span></strong> Bake 50 minutes or until yams are fork tender.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s a new year so many of you want a new you, so here&#8217;s a recipe for all you dieters out there. Lots of spices with the  sweetness of snapper and the saltiness of olives along with herbs and spices.</p>
<p>Preparation time: 10 minutes</p>
<p>2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved<br />
2 tablespoons green olives, chopped<br />
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil<br />
1 teaspoon dried basil<br />
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt<br />
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce<br />
1 tablespoon lemon juice<br />
4 (6-ounce) snapper or halibut<br />
Pam cooking spray<br />
1 teaspoon paprika<br />
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">1. </span></strong>Remove pan line with aluminum foil. Preheat broiler then  spray pan with  Pam, and place back in oven.<br />
<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>2. </strong></span>In a medium bowl mix  cherry tomatoes, green olives, olive oil, basil, salt, hot sauce, and lemon juice.<br />
<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">3.</span></strong> Sprinkle fish with paprika and spray fish with Pam , place onto hot broiler pan; cook for 5 minutes check with fork doneness if additional 5 minutes.<br />
<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>4. </strong></span>Remove from oven place on dinner plate spoon tomato mixture onto each fillet.</p>

2 teaspoons kosher salt to taste<br />
1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste<br />
1 loaf <span style="color: #000000;">w<strong>hite bread</strong></span>, cut into bite size pieces, toast<br />
1/4 cup<span style="color: #800000;"> <strong>turkey or chicken broth</strong></span><br />

</strong></span><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">1.</span></strong> In a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat melt butter, add celery and onion. Stir often until vegetables are soft.<br />
<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>2.</strong></span> Add mushrooms with <strong><span style="color: #008000;">vegetable mixture</span></strong>, stir often, cook over medium heat when mushrooms are soft, cook until most of liquid is evaporated except for 1/2 cup, and add mixture to large bowl.<br />
<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">3.</span></strong> Mix currants, thyme, sage,<strong><span style="color: #000000;"> salt, and pepper</span></strong>, toasted bread, and walnuts into bowl with mushroom mixture together slowly.<br />
<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>4.</strong></span> Preheat the oven 325 degrees F.<br />
<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>5.</strong></span> Spoon the mixture into lightly buttered 4 qt shallow baking dish.<br />
<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">6.</span></strong> Pour chicken broth over stuffing evenly.<br />
<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>7.</strong></span> Bake on middle rack oven covered for 30 minutes, bake uncovered for 20 minutes.</p>

<p>A simple recipe that’s easy to make when you are running a marathon to get the kids to  after school activities and home before 10. In under a half hour you will have a simple recipe to get supper done on the run.</p>

4 (1/2 inch thick) center cut pork chops<br />
1 teaspoon Citrus Herb seasoning<br />
1 teaspoon canola oil<br />
1/2 cup <strong><span style="color: #993300;">Worcestershire sauce</span></strong><br />
1/4 cup chicken broth<br />
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt<br />
1/2 teaspoon onion powder</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>Directions:</strong></span></span></span><br />
1. Sprinkle each <span style="color: #3366ff;"><strong>chop e</strong></span>venly on both sides with seasoning.<br />
2. In a large non-stick skillet o<span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>ver low </strong></span>to medium heat add oil and allow it to heat up a little.<br />
3. Add chops, and cook 4-5 minutes on each side until lightly brown. Remove and set aside cover to keep warm.<br />
4. Using the same skillet stir in broth, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until mixture becomes a thin sauce stir often.<br />
5. Remove from heat when serving<strong> </strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #808000;"><strong>chops</strong> </span></span>spoon sauce over them.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Tips:</span></span></strong><br />
#1: Use instead assorted <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">pork chop</span></strong>s can also be used or chicken.<br />
#:2 Serve with rice or potatoes.</p>

4. Bake uncovered, on bottom rack of oven for 30 minutes.</p>
