Chicken LTO wrap Recipe
2-tablespoons white vinegar
2-tablespoons canola oil
1/4-teaspoon sea salt
1/4-teaspoon lemon pepper
1/8-teaspoon garlic powder
1/8-teaspoon onion powder
1+1/2-cups cooked chicken, shredded
3-cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
3/4 cup pepper jack cheese
1-pint cherry tomatoes, diced
1 small onion
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1. In a large bowl, whisk with fork, white vinegar, canola oil, sea salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, mix well.
2. Next add shredded lettuce, tomato and onion ; mix well.
3. Microwave tortillas for 25 sec on high.
3. Lay tortillas flat, Place equal amounts into each tortilla Top with pepper jack cheese and roll-up.
