Tuna Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce
1 (12-ounce) box thin spaghetti
2 (14-ounce) cans tomatoes, with basil, garlic, and oregano
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 (5-ounce) can tuna, packed in water
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain.
2. In a large non-stick skillet over low-medium heat, add can tomatoes, tomato paste, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic; warm for 10 minutes, stir often.
3. Add drained tuna, flake with fork, and sea salt, mix into skillet, cook an additional 5 minutes.
4. Add cooked pasta to skillet, fold all ingredients together, serve warm.
Side Suggestions: dinner roll with butter, lettuce salad, and dessert.
