One Pot Spaghetti Recipe
1-2 pounds 80% ground beef
2 medium yellow onions, peeled and chopped
1 large clove garlic, peeled and diced
1 ( 6-ounce) can tomato paste
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2+1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 ( 7-ounce) package spaghetti, uncooked
1. In a large non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, break-up ground beef, cook until no longer pink, drain well, return to skillet.
2. Mix in onion, garlic, tomato paste, ketchup, sugar, salt, black pepper, and chili powder, mix well, over low-medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 20-25 minutes.
3. Add pasta; cover and simmer, stirring frequently for about 20 minutes, or until pasta is soft. Serve with Parmesan cheese
