Swiss Cheese Turkey Casserole
4 cups cooked turkey (skinless )
2 cups seasoned Croutons
1/2 cup 2% milk
3/4 cup mayonnaise/miracle whip
1+1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup yellow onion, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup celery with leaves, clean and diced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1. In a large bowl combine, turkey, croutons, milk, mayonnaise, Swiss cheese, onion, salt, pepper, and dried oregano, mix well.
2. In a medium baking dish or pan spray with cooking spray, pour contents of bowl.
3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
4. Place casserole onto second rack oven, bake for 35-40 minutes, or until heated through.
