Pork and Cabbage Sunday Dinner Recipe
2 pounds pork steak ( remove some fat)
1 tablespoon canola oil
3 cups green cabbage, ( remove core and shred)
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 ( 16 ounce) box beef stock
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1. In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, warm oil; and brown on both sides; set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
3. In a large baking dish add pork steak, onion, cabbage, salt, pepper, stock, vinegar, and cover.
4. Sprinkle parsley across cabbage; cover bake on middle rack for 35 minutes.
