Grilled Beer Burgers
1+1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 small bunch green onions, remove tops and diced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup non-alcoholic beer
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
6 large hamburger buns
cheese slices (your choice)
*You will need a gas or charcoal grill, charcoal, and lighter fluid.*
1. Start your gas or charcoal grill.
2. In a large bowl mix ground chuck, onions, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, beer, garlic and salt.
3. Shape into 6 patties. Place patties on open grill about 4-inches from heat, turn once, cook until juices are no longer pink or until cooked as desired.
Side Suggestions: tomatoes, cheese, mustard, ketchup, pickles potato salad, chips, and dessert.
