Corned Beef and Cabbage Sandwich Recipe
1 (12 ounce) can corned beef, flaked
1 cup cabbage, rinsed and chopped
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
1/2 medium red onion, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons grey poupon mustard
4 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
12 slices sour dough bread
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine corned beef, cabbage and pickle relish.
2. Spread one side of bread with butter
3. In a small bowl mix mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, and black pepper.
4. Butter each slice of bread then place corned beef mixture onto 6 slices of bread, top sandwich with remaining bread.
