Everyone has their own way of making egg salad. Happy Eating
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes (eggs)
Servings: 5-10
Ingredients:
6 large eggs, hard boiled
1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
10 dill or sweet pickles , chopped
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
Black pepper, as desired
2 tablespoons mayonnaise/miracle whip (adjust to taste)
1 celery stalk with leaves (finely diced)
Directions:
1. Combine in large bowl, all ingredients above. Cover and
refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve on your favorite bread.
Tip #1: Serve as a dip with chips or crackers.
