    I see you’ve published an e-book. I’m an author living in Malaysia. I have so far just published in traditional media but I’m going to try an ebook now. What is your experience of ebook selling? Is it what you hoped for?

    This looks delicious! Seeing the ham on the drip grate makes me wonder if you could cook one on a grill outside. I have never thought of that before but I bet it would work. Have you tried that before?

      Tracy,
      we made it in the nuwave oven. Put charcoal to one side if charcoal grill. Then put ham to other side and put a pan to catch the drippings so it don’t cause a fire. Check of and off for doness
