Here’s a Great Tasting Ultra Healthy Twist on an All American Favorite.
Ingredients:
16 oz. finely chopped Kale
2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp. Honey
1 cup low fat greek strained yogurt
2 tbsp milk
1/8 cup chopped walnuts.
Method:
Rinse, dry and finely chop 4 cups of kale
Mix yogurt, cider vinegar, milk and honey in a small bowl
Toss kale with chopped walnuts in large bowl.
Pour dressing over top and stir in thoroughly
Transfer to smaller bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least several hours.
