| Monday | Chuck roast in slow cooker with new potatoes and carrots(put roast on top of potatoes and carrots.)add onion soup mix and 1/2 cup water.Cook on low for 6-8 hours, chocolate pudding with bananas. |
| Tuesday | meatloaf (make extra for Saturday meal) cucumber salad and roasted corn. |
| Wednesday | Vegetable burrito with tomato, salsa,lettuce, and cheese and lemon cream cookies |
| Thursday | macaroni and cheese, broccoli, applesauce, and coca cola floats. |
| Friday | Left overs or freebie Friday |
| Saturday | BBQ meatloaf on bun from Tuesday leftovers. macaroni salad, cupcakes |
| Sunday | chicken with sweet and sour sauce, white rice and green peas |
