An easy to make taco dip made with taco seasoning and cream cheese is the perfect party dip.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Servings: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons taco seasoning or to taste
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup taco cheese, shredded
3/4 cup original spaghetti sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl mix cream cheese, garlic powder, taco seasoning, 1/4 cup green pepper, 1/4 cup red pepper, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup taco cheese.
3. Pour mixture into 2 quart baking dish/pan, spread evenly, top with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle remaining cheeses, red pepper, and green pepper over mixture in baking dish.
4. Place in oven on bottom rack and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Tip:
#1 Serve with bread sticks, pita bread, pretzels or corn chips.
