Simple Baked Beans

An easy-to-make dish that’s both sweet and savory to satisfy most everyone’s taste-buds

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 1  hour 3o minutes
Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans pork-n-beans
2 strips bacon, diced
1/4 cup light molasses
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 small yellow onion, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F

2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pork and beans. Let stand for 10 minutes.

3. Add pork and beans and mixing well.

4. Pour into a greased shallow baking dish.

5. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees F on the bottom rack oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Tips:

#1 Serve at your family picnic this summer.
