Glaze for Turkey

Once again the holidays are upon us and with the holidays come good food, friends and family. We all need help with our holiday cooking so here are some glazes to help you along the way.
In small sauce pan, add all ingredients, bring to boil; stir frequently with a whisk and remove from heat. Baste turkey every 20 minutes with a basting brush.

Glaze #1 A little bit of spice and sweet
1 (16-20 pounds) turkey/turkey breast
1/2 cup apple cider/apple juice
1/4 cup light molasses
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Glaze#2 A little more sweet and a bit of salt
1 (14-20 pounds) turkey/turkey breast
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 stick unsalted margarine/butter

Glaze#3   mixture fruit and sage
1(10-12 pounds) turkey/turkey breast
6 tablespoons apricot jam
1 1/2 teaspoons ground sage
3 teaspoons lemon juice

Glaze#4 Just Sweet for the sweet tooth
1 (12-16 pounds) turkey/turkey breast
1/2 stick margarine/butter
4 tablespoons maple syrup

Glaze#5 Citrus with a little spice
1 (7-10 pounds) turkey/turkey breast
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
1 tablespoon margarine/butter
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
