A Memorable Gift That Lasts a Lifetime

December 16th, 2009

Are you looking for that ideal gift for someone special? Sometimes a watch might be that perfect gift for your loved one. The gift of time can help someone keep track of things that are happening everyday. A new watch would be a great gift for someone graduating from college or high school. Now a lot of people are graduating in January instead of May or June. It does not hurt to plan especially with all the sales. A lot of my friends when they graduated from college or high school were given a watch. I think it might be a hint about being on time to work everyday. Actually, it’s a great gift idea for a graduate because they can share the watch with their children one day. I have several watches my Grandmother gave me when she was alive. They are in my jewelry box in the kitchen. Yes, I know it is a strange place for a jewelry box, but it is the same place I store my keys. It has been a pleasant thing to look at each day because it brings back memories of my Grandmother working in the kitchen and giving me the watch. I think the next time I go to a graduation I am going to buy a watch for the person. I found a couple of Casio gshock watches that would be a perfect graduation gift for them. They are especially great for someone who is hard to buy for at Christmas too.
