A Clock on Time Is a Happy Cook

Finishing up Christmas shopping has been harder than I thought. A lot of the stores have the bigger items for sale, not the smaller items. Yesterday, we went to get a battery for my watch, but we were told they don’t do them anymore. So I am at a loss where to go for a new watch battery. I am not sure if there is a jewelry store in my small town. I am thinking about just buying myself a new watch for a treat. I use my watch a lot when I am cooking to keep track of things. Yes, I know it would be easier to set a timer, but I prefer the old fashion way of keep track time. Sometimes I am outside so I would not hear the buzzer go off. I have been looking online for a watch. I found a nice movado series 800 watch similar to the one I have now. Even if I got a new watch battery, I could still use a new watch for best. My watch has a silver band, black face and white numbers, but it does not have the date. The new watch I am looking at is gold and silver with 16 diamonds around the face. The face of the watch is mother of pearl with gold hands and roman numerals, and it is water resistant. The watch has a 5 year warranty and guarantee Christmas Shipping. I would love a new watch for Christmas that is water resistant.
