Here is a photo of one of my favorite fast food restaurants, just cannot get enough of those bite size hamburgers. You just cannot eat just one of the burgers.

I’m making chocolate truffles this year. Adding a touch of my own – raspberry flavoring. Using 1 pound of chocolate and 1 cup of cream….how much flavoring should I use to just get a hint of raspberry, not too over powering??
