    This sounds really good, the only thing is I don’t like hot tuna. I could always wait for the shells to cool and do it cold with a few minor adjustments. I think I’ll try this, thank you.

    I have never made stuffed shells before. This sounds interesting. I am allergic to tune so I will try this with chicken.

    Stacie,
    Good idea, just ground chicken in food processor or buy ground chicken. Ground turkey would work too. The skies the limit.

    I always go with Bumble Bee Tuna as they do not catch tuna in nets, but use fishing poles so Dolphins are not netted and die.
