I have never made stuffed shells before. This sounds interesting. I am allergic to tune so I will try this with chicken.

Good idea, just ground chicken in food processor or buy ground chicken. Ground turkey would work too. The skies the limit.

I always go with Bumble Bee Tuna as they do not catch tuna in nets, but use fishing poles so Dolphins are not netted and die.
