Kitchen Tips #12

1.Scatter fresh herbs soaked in water and drained on charcoals. This will infuse the flavors of the herbs into food on the grill.
2.Save time with your grilling by putting charcoal into a paper bag, and light the bag.
3.Place hamburger or hot dog with buns into a Ziploc bag after removing from grill. Leave in the bag a few minutes and it will steam in the bag.
4.Boil pork chops, or chicken prior to Barbecuing to tenderize meat. After boiling, drain water and marinate meat in barbecue sauce for 20 minutes, grill as desired.
5. Have a spray bottle of water next to your grill in case of flare ups on the grill.
6.Line bottom of grill with aluminum foil and remove the charcoal with foil for easy clean up.
