Easy Onion Soup Hamburger Recipe

Hamburgers are something you can dress to the hilt or you can keep it simple. It just depends on your own likings of hamburgers. I make it a few different ways, but I thought this was an easy and simple recipe for all levels of cooks to enjoy. Happy Cooking

Serving size 5 (1 burger each)

Prep time 10 minutes

3 lbs Ground Beef

1 package dry onion soup mix
1 slice American cheese for each burger
1 Hamburger Bun per burger :)

1. Mix Onion soup with the ground beef in a large bowl.

2. Form Hamburger into patties.

3. Place hamburgers into large skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. Depending on how you like your burgers, some like it rare, some like it well done and others like it right in the middle. Place cheese on hamburger about 3 minutes prior to finished cooking.

4. Serve with you favorite condiments. I like lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard

Now I have a recipe question for you, how do you like your hamburgers?
