1. Use fabric softener dryer sheet in dresser drawers or under car seats to keep things fresh smelling.
2. Use fabric sheets in floor vent covers to keep house fresh and clean smelling.

3. Place a stick of white chalk in with sterling silver to reduce tarnishing.
4. Place onions in freezer for 15 minutes to reduce burning of the eyes.
5. Under kitchen sink or in any damp areas place some charcoal (the kind used in barbeque grills.) in a cup or bowl. Change once a month. This helps with dampness and odor.
6. A reader named Ms Foodie shared a tip “it helps to put rubber band on both sides of cutting board to prevent it from sliding around.”
