The question was:
What is California Blend? (I live in Canada) I’m guessing it’s a package of vegetables BUT want to make sure. I haven’t met a recipe yet that I can’t screw up.

California Blend is vegetable blend of cauliflower, broccoli and Carrots. I used the California Blend because it was what I had. You can use any vegetable mixture. I’ve used all sorts of vegetables for this particular recipe.
