If your kids love burritos and hot dogs this is the recipe for them. The kids can easily help with preparing this recipe. Just make sure you can supervise the little ones.
Prep 10 min
Cook 30 min, for crispy 45 min
Serves 4
Ingredients:
6 hot dogs (cut bite size)
1/2 can refried beans
1-cup onions (chopped)
1-cup green pepper (chopped)
6 slices Velveeta cheese
1/4 cup Taco Sauce
1/2 can diced tomatoes (drain)
8 Tortilla shells
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Place 8 tortilla on a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan, make sure to over lap each other.
3. Spread refried beans over tortillas then spread hot dogs bites, tomato, cheese, green pepper, onions.
4. Drizzle taco sauce over pizza.
5. Let stand 5min after cooking
Tip: You can microwave this also. Microwave on high for 5 min (timing may vary according to microwave.
