Last Night’s Menu

August 1st, 2008

Last night, supper was pretty simple we has hot dogs, corn and scallop potatoes. I didn’t feel much like cooking. I fried the hot dogs in olive oil, and steamed the corn in seasoned salt and a tablespoon of butter and scalloped potatoes. It was a yummy easy meal for me to create. I topped the hot dogs with diced onions and mustard. I’m not much for having ketchup on my hot dogs. I do like ketchup on French fries and other food. Sometimes the simplest recipes are nice to have from time to time. Today I’m going to work on some more yummy recipes. I’ve got a few that I created that I need to post.

I’ve decided that anyone that asks me a recipe questions, I will feature them in a blog entry to help give them some traffic. To submit a recipe question just leave the question in the comment section. You don’t have to have a website or blog to submit a question. If you want to remain anonymous that’s okay too. We’ll I’m off to create some more recipes for all to enjoy. See ya all later.
