A simple pleasing recipe that’s filling and satisfying for all to enjoy. Its full of mushrooms, noodles, and beef. Its a recipe with lots of flavor.
Prep= 15 minutes
Cook=30 minutes
Servings=6
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion diced
1 8oz fresh mushrooms sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup beef broth
1 12 ounc bag egg noodle
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
1.In a large skillet break up hamburger, adding mushrooms, onion, garlic powder, and mustard. Brown the hamburger until cooked and onions are translucent. Drain off grease.
2. In a bowl fold together mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese and beef broth.(do not over stir mixture.)Add sour cream mixture to hamburger and cook for 15 minutes on low heat. (add white wine to hamburger mixture.)
3.Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles into a colander. Serve hamburger over egg noodles.
Tip: Sprinkle parsley for presentation.
