Friday Night’s Supper Using Leftover

Tonight’s Supper was BBQ beef sandwiches and potato salad. We had left over ground beef, ribs and pork chops so I threw them in the slow cooker with some BBQ sauce, minced onion, and 1/4 cup water (adjust according to amount of meat included. This could easily be done with most meat. I’ll save the potato salad recipe to share with you all later, So you guessed it you’ll have to come back to get some of my homemade potato salad recipe.
