This simple chicken recipe you can marinate for one hour like the recipe says or you can marinate it all day for extra flavor. So it works for the cook on the run and the cook who’s well prepared.
Prep= 10 minutes
Cook time=55 minutes
Servings= 6
Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoon minced garlic
3 tablespoon honey
3/ 4 cup Worcester
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 gallon zip lock bag
1 tablespoon parsley
Directions
1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees
2.Put all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. Mix well. Then place in refrigerator for 60 minutes and turn and mix half way through after 30 minutes.
3.Cover with foil in a large 9X13 baking pan. Put the Ziploc chicken mix in pan and cover with foil.
4. Bake chicken for 45 minutes covered. Next, Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Tip: If you use boned chicken add an additional 10 minutes.
