Grandma use to make these sandwiches for me from her garden, I’ve followed her tradition by having my own garden I can enjoy home grown goodies too.

It’s funny, but I just made my wife a tomato and cucumber sandwich for dinner tonight. They came fresh from our garden (yum). I sliced and seeded the tomato and I peeled the cucumber. After slicing, I took the slices and dipped them in an olive oil and red wine vinegar solution I mixed. It gave it just the right kick. Oh, I also salted and peppered to taste. Next time, I’ll try your recipe. Thanks
