“How do I freeze ginger?
Ginger is pretty easy to freeze. You can freeze the ginger whole or cut it up. If you don’t plan on using the entire piece of ginger cut it up. Wrap the ginger in plastic wrap and place in a Ziploc bag. You can freeze it for up to one year.
