Chicken Blue Cheese Dip

It is time to dip into a dip that is made of chicken with blue cheese. Typically you dip the chicken in the blue. Now you can
enjoy an old time favorite all at once with the added bonus of cream cheese. It is a great recipe that you can double or triple for
your next party

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking time: 7-10 minutes in a slow cooker
Servings: 5-8

Ingredients:
1 pound cooked chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
¾ cup blue cheese dressing
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oil

Directions:
1. Shred chicken with 2 forks.
2. In a medium skillet over low heat, add oil, then chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, and hot sauce mix well. Once heated
thoroughly add half of the cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour mixture into small slow cooker or medium bowl and sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.

Tips:
#1 Use generic ingredients to save a few cents.
#2 Leave slow cooker on warm to keep hot.
